We combine deep expertise in mechanical engineering, backed by research and test work, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), modern machining, and in-house fabrication. We design and manufacture modern, efficient and optimised aerators.

Our flagship innovation is the Thrasher surface aerator which delivers exceptional oxygen transfer and mixing efficiency. Its impeller was engineered to displace large volumes of water and introduce powerful churning and recirculation into the basin to dramatically improve oxygen mass transfer and aeration. The impeller efficiency was tested according to ASCE[2-06] to confirm performance.
